SERVER RULES
1. City capture
- Cities up to level 3 may be captured freely.
- Level 4, 5 and 6 cities are allocated among alliances according to KvK points. Capturing them without prior agreement is prohibited.
- Cities belonging to top-10 alliances must not be captured without prior agreement.
- During city captures, attacking or burning the Sanctuaries of other alliances is prohibited.
If someone attempts to capture a city without agreement:
- Contact the alliance leader or diplomat and try to reach a peaceful agreement.
- If the leadership does not respond, report the situation to NAP.
- Allow 2 hours to resolve the situation. If attacks continue, warn in world chat that the alliance may be burned.
- Further action, including possible burning, must be agreed with NAP.
If your Sanctuary is burned during a city capture:
- Send the report to NAP.
- You may retaliate with an equivalent attack on the Sanctuary of the player directly responsible.
2. Tile attacks
If your tile is attacked by a player from a top-10 alliance:
- Contact the leader or diplomat, send the report and try to agree on compensation.
- If there is no response within 10 hours, you may make one retaliatory attack on either the offender’s tile or their Sanctuary, at your choice.
If your tile is attacked by a player from an alliance outside the top 10:
- Send the report to NAP and the offender.
- You may make one retaliatory attack on either the offender’s tile or their Sanctuary, at your choice.
If tile attacks continue for several days:
- Save reports of repeated violations and refer the situation to NAP.
- If burning the alliance is being considered, give a warning in world chat and allow members time to leave.
- A decision to burn the alliance is made after discussion in NAP.
3. Sanctuary attacks
If a player attacks or burns your Sanctuary:
- Save the report and send it to NAP.
- Contact the leader or diplomat of the offending alliance.
- You may retaliate in kind against the player who carried out the attack. Attacking the entire alliance is prohibited.
- Demand that the offender be removed from the alliance.
- If the player has not been removed within 10 hours, refer the question of further action back to NAP for consideration.
4. General provisions
- All violations must be supported by reports.
- A first violation results in a warning; a repeated violation results in a demand to remove the offending player from the alliance.
- Burning an entire alliance over a single violation is prohibited.
- Burning an alliance is permitted only after NAP has considered the situation and a prior warning has been given in world chat.
